The problem: Apps these days are somewhere between 50 - 100s of megabytes in size, and getting larger. The logic, not quite sure on this, perhaps too many people complained of losing their purchases? The insurmountable logic of apple: Every time you sink, you must automatically transfer all new apps (new downloads, new updates, and often things I haven't even updated or modified at all) from my phone to my computer as the second to last step of syncing. Syncing is done with apple's second generation iphone cable. Situation: Routine syncing of my iPhone 5 with iTunes - something I do frequently because I have my own recorded music that I cannot direct download from the itunes store. But I thought I might post (vent) anyways, because I can't believe more people aren't annoyed by this feature, and maybe someone has found a workaround. I've done some extensive searching on this topic, and all signs point to it being an unavoidable quirk of the way the iStore does things.
